Ear Seeding

Ear seeding is a gentle, non-invasive treatment using tiny seeds placed on specific points of the ear. The ear contains a rich network of nerve endings, and stimulating these points is traditionally used in holistic therapies to support relaxation and overall wellbeing.

It can be enjoyed as a treatment in its own right, or added to another appointment as a simple way of **extending and maintaining that feeling of calm and relaxation after your treatment**.

Your ear seeds can remain in place for several days, allowing you to gently stimulate the points yourself between appointments.

Ideal for anyone looking to incorporate a little more calm, balance and self-care into their everyday routine.

Hopi Ear candling and Lymph massage

Hopi ear candling is a traditional holistic treatment using specially prepared ear candles, traditionally made with natural beeswax and infused with essential oils. The gentle warmth of the candle creates a soothing sensation around the ear, with a light, warming suction effect that forms part of this deeply relaxing experience.

Once the ear candles have been used, the treatment continues with a gentle **lymphatic-style massage around the ears, face and neck**, followed by a light head massage to help release everyday tension and encourage a feeling of calm and relaxation.

This is more than an ear treatment — it is a peaceful opportunity to switch off, slow down and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself.

NADA is a gentle, five-point ear acupuncture protocol designed to promote a sense of calm and relaxation. In our busy lives, it offers an opportunity to simply switch off, rest and give yourself some much-needed time.

Our community clinic provides a low cost, calm and welcoming space where you can receive treatment alongside others in a relaxed environment, or as a group booking with friends.

NADA may be particularly appealing to those looking for additional wellbeing support during times of change or recovery, including women experiencing menopause, people following cancer treatment, those experiencing stress or poor sleep, and anyone simply feeling overwhelmed or in need of a reset.
